S1137 Filler
Filler adhesive tape used with Covalence® PERP coating repair systems. S1137 fills the holiday to restore the mill-applied coating thickness of the pipe before the repair patch is applied.
S1137 Filler
S1137 is a filler adhesive supplied in tape form, used together with Covalence® PERP and PERP80 repair patches. Where factory-applied PE coating has been damaged, the filler tape is applied into the damaged area to restore the original coating thickness, after which the PERP patch is positioned over it and heated.
- Dimensions: 50 mm (2") wide × 3 mm (0.12") thick × 3 m (10 ft) long — order code S1137-50X3X3000
- For use with: Covalence® PERP and PERP80
- Recommended quantity: 3 rolls of filler per roll of PERP
- Required wherever PERP is supplied in roll form
